Nick, I like this a lot, but I'm wondering: is the output a set of functional action plans rather than an integrated strategy? Do you need to 'look across' the boxes to develop an integrated plan? And what if there are contradictions between the actions? Is this the point where you have to iterate, make choices, and THEN you have a strategy?
